The space
Boutique Studio Room ‘I Love Njivice’, garden view, located only few steps from the beach, for 1-2 persons, with a full size bed, kitchenette, TV and a bathroom & WC. We provide a set of towels and bed-sheets for our guests. Please bring a beach towel.
Studio Room’s entrance is facing the garden that is planted with oranges, lemons, fig trees and flowers. In front of the entrance, there is a quiet “Blue terrace” with a sitting area under the shade of kiwi. Private stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline, beach and jetty, and private mooring.
Private parking is for 3 cars, off the street, in a shade of kiwi vine.
Transfer: Airport transfers can be arranged from either Dubrovnik, 26 km (Croatia) or Tivat Airport, 26 km (Montenegro)
Your hosts are fluent in English.
Only once you stay in the property right on the beach you start truly appreciating its advantages.

Hello! We are a family from Belgrade, Serbia.
We built our family vacation house in Njivice, Montenegro, a small and quiet village a few miles from Herceg Novi. Our children spend every summer here, since they were babies.
Now they are busy with their own carriers and my husband (pediatric neurosurgeon) and me (jurist), are retired and can finally spend all year in Njivice, so we opened the villa ‘I Love Njivice’ to tourists, from June to September. Our granddaughters now enjoys with us in our ‘Place with Soul’!
